Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use InsightAI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use InsightAI.

The service

InsightAI generates market research reports and pitch decks from the information you provide, using AI models and publicly available web sources. Reports are AI-generated estimates. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not financial, legal or investment advice. Check important figures before relying on them.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, disrupt the service, or access other users' data.

Your content

You own the ideas you submit and the reports generated for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service to you.

Plans and payment

Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. We may change prices for future billing periods after giving notice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep InsightAI available but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using InsightAI at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
