This policy explains what InsightAI collects when you use our website and research service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@insight-ai.in.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Research content: the business ideas, industries, geographies and audiences you enter, the reports we generate, and the questions you ask about them.
• Billing details: your plan, subscription status and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Waitlist sign-ups: the email address you submit.
• Technical data such as error logs needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To provide your account, generate and store your reports, and enforce plan limits.
• To process subscriptions and respond to billing questions.
• To fix problems, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run InsightAI:

• Supabase, for sign-in and our database.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• AI model and web research providers, which receive the research inputs needed to generate your report.
• Razorpay, for payments.
• Our website hosting providers.

These providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

We keep your account and reports while your account is active. To access, correct or delete your personal data or reports, or to close your account, email support@insight-ai.in. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
